Refund Policy
Our approach to refunds and cancellations for design and consultancy engagements.
Design fees
Design and consultancy fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover time already committed by the studio team.
Advances
Advances against procurement or execution are refundable in accordance with the terms of your signed contract, less any costs already incurred.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. We will share a settlement statement outlining work completed and any applicable refund within 10 working days.
